Customers manually entering their contact lens parameters is the #1 cause of the high error rate of buying online. (It also doesn't help that there are approximately 10 different lenses that use words like "Optix" or "Oasys") With the Lumenist, actual providers verify your order using the original Rx itself. Yes! We accept all 8 major vision plans - including VSP, EyeMed, and Davis Vision. See our Insurance page to learn more, and be ready to start your benefits claim during checkout. Most plans contribute $100-$180 per year towards your contact lens purchase.
All purchases with your insurance added are conditional. Nothing is charged at purchase. We will submit your claim with your exact eyewear selections, and send a breakdown of the resultant out-of-pocket costs to you by email. Pay through the secure email portal, or decline with no obligation.
Our fast lens replacement service began with one of our early team members forgetting their contacts on a business trip - and realizing how difficult it is to get a replacement set quickly. We aim to change that!
A replacement order will contain a single lens for each eye for any contacts that are stored overnight. For dailies you'll receive a 5-10 supply for each eye, depending on the brand. About 95% of wearers will have their order ship the same day, via UPS. These should arrive in 2-4 days. For even faster delivery, select expedited shipping.
Only existing customers that have purchased a 6-month supply or greater in the past 18 months are eligible. (Otherwise, everyone would only order their lenses one replacement at a time)
No worries. Lens replacements are always conditional - we don't truly capture your payment until they ship. Your entire purchase will be refunded.
